Marketing Coordinator reports to Vice President of Marketing location Irvine.
Assists marketing staff on coordination, research, planning and implementation of marketing activities and projects. The goal of the Marketing Department is to support the Western Growers’ association, subsidiaries, members and clients

Account Manager, report to the Director of Account Management located in Modesto. 
Account Managers are responsible for achieving customer retention and new sales growth with current customers. 

Staff Accountant, reports to the Accounting Manager in Irvine.
This position will be responsible for maintaining financial books and records, reconciling accounts and special projects, with an emphasis on insurance products.

Field Service Representative,  reports to the Field Service Rep Manager, located in Santa Maria
This position is responsible for the enrollment, implementation and education of Western Growers Assurance Trust (WGAT) health benefit plan participants, including response to customer requests and questions concerning health benefits, eligibility, and benefit claim questions. 

Programmer 1 - (Reports to Manager Information Services). Located in Irvine.
The Programmer 1 is responsible for reviewing, analyzing and modifying existing programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs.

PC Support Specialist - (Reports to Supervisor Network Plan / PC Support). Located in Irvine.
Provide phone, computer and network hardware/software technical support, training, installation, configuration and trouble shooting in a 200 plus user LAN/WAN environment.  To include configuration, installation, maintenance and repair of all PC hardware, software, operating systems, printers, and telephones in a networking environment.  This position will also provide backup to midrange computer operations.

Regional Sales Manager - ( Reports to the Director of Sales). Located in Watsonville and Thousand Oaks.
Regional Sales Managers are responsible for achieving sales growth to new customers and supervising local sales assistant staff. Regional Sales Managers are expected to partner with their Account Management counterparts to maximize marketplace new sales and current customer penetration.

Client Product Support Specialist -(Reports to Business Development Manager). Located in Irvine.
The Client Product Support Specialist will provide implementation assistance, training, and support for various products to employer groups, providers, and internal staff. They will serve as primary support liaison between Western Growers Assurance Trust (WGAT) / Pinnacle Claims Management, Inc. (PCMI) and the various customer groups to resolve issues with products and communicate possible product enhancements to the development team. 

Large Group Benefit Consultant - (Reports to Director of Account Managers). Located in Irvine. Coordinate all aspects of the new sale or renewal of large group business for the customer's employee health & welfare benefit program. Consultative approach to the sale/service encounter should include analyzing their present plan and provide a written analysis, evaluation, implementation, communication, and ongoing maintenance plan. Use a consultative approach to make recommendations where applicable for plan changes, upgrades, improvements etc. Ultimately, responsible for retention and growth of current book of business.

Regional Sales Manager - ( Reports to the Director of Sales). Located in Irvine, CA

Director Membership & Billing - (Reports to the Vice President Operations). Located in Irvine.  Position is responsible for providing operational and financial direction in the healthcare administration department.

Third Party Administration Regional Sales Manager (Reports to the Sr. Vice President Sales). Located in Irvine.  Responsible for developing new prospects and clients and ensuring a constant flow of revenue for Pinnacle Claims Management, Inc. This position identifies, qualifies and pursues potential new business opportunities based on sales plan; particularly solicits middle market accounts with an emphasis on those prospect is in target industry.
