Management Development Workshops
Participants will learn the fundamentals of effective supervision from coaching, planning and effective communications to performance management and utilizing “S.M.A.R.T.” objectives. Our leadership class is designed for the more experienced manager and covers topics on emotional intelligence, increasing accountability and best practices. Workshops are also available in Spanish.
Business Application Workshops
WG University now offers both public classes (in Irvine) and just-in-time workshops (at your location) on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Beginning through advanced level instruction is available for each program. Participants will receive a laminated guide to keyboard short cuts (for select courses) and digital copies of the workbooks.

Sexual Harassment Prevention Workshops
Participants will learn: The definition of harassment; employer's liability; how to handle a complaint; how to take appropriate corrective action; protecting the workplace environment. Workshops in Spanish also available.
Note: The Law only requires two hours of training. Harassment prevention training is recommended for all employees responsible for supervising others.

Media Training & Crisis Communications Workshops
Offering media and crisis communications tailored to the agricultural industry. We teach participants how to take control of media interviews, respond to a crisis, handle sensitive issues, field difficult questions, avoid misquotes and develop better relationships with the media.
