Insurance Sales Services Coordinator

The Insurance Sales Services Coordinator has supporting responsibilities that sustain the efforts of the Regional Sales Managers (RSM) and the Account Managers (AM).

 

Examples of some of your duties include:

  • Supporting the sales, renewal, and servicing activities for customers.
  • Facilitates documentation requests. Examples of documentation requests include: quotes, proposals, presentations, and paperwork required in the sale, renewal and/or change of insurance for a customer.
  • Performs quality review of documentation being exchanged between carrier(s), customers and WG employees.
  • Facilitates the timely and accurate collection and input of data (e.g.Epic). Information management also includes document management (i.e., scanning and attaching information into Agency Management System – Epic) and execution of associated workflows.
  • Single point of contact for WGIS customer issues reported via email, telephone and/or in person. Will research and resolve issues independently, (or escalate in a timely manner).  Document customer service issue/problem, research and determine appropriate response/solution.  Will contact customer and provide either information requested or resolution to problem and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Initiates and facilitates data analytics, workflow documentation and other projects as directed by the RSM/AM and/or WGIS management. Will also serve as a subject matter expert/liaison to internal customers (e.g., Admin, Underwriting, etc).
  • Provides project management oversight as directed by management. Examples of project management opportunities include direct assistance to the RSM & AM in lead generation, pipeline management, data analytics, assist in workshop development/logistics and renewal tracking/timeliness.
  • Facilitates general administrative tasks to maintain day-to-day operations of the office.

Regional Sales Manager - Health Insurance

The Regional Sales Managers (RSM) reports to the Vice President Sales Operations.  As a RSM you are responsible for selling group medical, dental, vision, workers compensation, property/casualty and life insurance products to new customers.   The RSM will also partner with the Account Management and the Insurance Service Coordinators to form a unified sales and service team.

This opportunity has a base salary paired with a competitive commission and bonuses!

A FEW of the DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet and exceed all assigned new sales goals. 
  • Develop detailed sales plans that result in sales success. 
  • Prospect for new business. Majority of your time will be in-person “Door Knocking” businesses that grows, packs, or ships produce and/or nuts.
  • Interface regularly with Underwriting by providing accurate prospect information to establish best customers rates.
  • Identify and enlist the help of internal and external resources/staff in order to close sales. 
  • Document results of all visits and conversations in CRM system.
  • Develop strategic relationships with Brokers/Agents. 
  • Maintain awareness of competitive activities and opportunities. 
  • Transmit marketing and sales intelligence relating to competition and changes in the marketplace.

  • Develop current customer retention, renewals, and cross-sell plans that result in revenue and success.

The RSM is also expected to partner with their Employee (Health) Benefits RSM, Account Managers and additional team members to form a unified sales and service team.

The Director of Administration will report directly to the Assistant Vice President (AVP) Operations and have two direct reports, Manager of Administration and Business Analyst.  This position is responsible for directing and planning eligibility enrollment and finance billing for group health benefit plan for Western Growers Assurance Trust (WGAT) and Pinnacle Claims Management Inc. (PCMI).  Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.  Responsible for developing policies and procedures relative to eligibility enrollment, billing and invoicing
