Executive Assistant

A mid level position that provides executive administrative support for the Senior Vice President of a multiple employer welfare arrangement (MEWA) health plan and President of a third party administrator (TPA).  This position also provides general administrative support to the TPA.  Position interfaces with President/Senior Vice President’s direct reports and company leadership to help achieve targeted business objectives.

Position reports to the Manager of Customer Service and supervises the daily operations of the customer service staff. This position will ensure that the Customer Service Reps (CSRs) are monitored, and that all elevated issues are handled expeditiously and documented.

This position reports to the Manager of Cost Containment/Care Management.
