The Director of Sales and Account Management will report directly to the President of Pinnacle Claims Management, Inc. (PCMI) and have the following direct reports: regional sales manager, three account managers, business development specialist and a client product support specialist. This position will lead sales and account management activities toward achieving revenue, membership and margin targets. Lead and manage staff in: developing strategic customer solutions, the sales process, new business growth, customer retention and account penetration.

This position is responsible for the development and implementation of procedures and policies to enhance and improve the claims processing.
|Pharmacy Benefit Analyst||
Reports to the Manager of Cost Containment/Care Management, which is
responsible for Managing Western Growers Assurance Trust’s (WGAT) and Pinnacle Claims Management Inc (PCMI) staff, policies and procedures in the area of Pharmacy Benefits, both third party networks and direct contracts, as necessary to promote and analyze pharmacy plan administrative processes and facilitate clinical drug programs.
The Project Analyst is responsible for a full range of activities, which ensure the operational effectiveness, and excellence of health plan operations and business set-up. This is a key position within the Operations and Implementation department and is vital to its ongoing success.
The Project Analyst will design, document and manage workflows and provide appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness in the area of health plan operations. The Project Analyst will track, analyze, and report business trends. This position will lead a number of key projects for the department and be the communication liaison between internal operations departments and our external key clients, including Western Growers Insurance Services.

Position reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Science Technology and Strategic Planning and is responsible for supporting the varied business activities surrounding the functions of the Science Technology and Strategic Planning Unit. Position is also responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution and completion of specific projects directed by the Senior Vice President ensuring consistency with the organization’s mission and strategic plan.

|Field Service Representative l||
The Level I Field Service Representative is an entry level position reporting to the Field Service Rep Manager and is responsible for the enrollment, implementation and education of Western Growers Assurance Trust (WGAT) health benefit plan participants, including response to customer requests and questions concerning health benefits, eligibility, and benefit claim questions. Additionally, the Field Service Representative is responsible for servicing WGAT participants by analyzing and rectifying customer concerns using established procedures and protocol.

Field Service Representative II reports to the Field Service Manager and is responsible for the enrollment, implementation and education of Western Growers Assurance Trust (WGAT) health benefit plan participants, as well as interfacing with third party vendors as they relate to employee health benefits. This includes the investigation of problems/issues to determine source of the problem, evaluation of investigation results and determination of necessary corrective action for problem/issue resolution using established procedures and protocol. Provides mentoring and training assistance to Level I Field Customer Service Representatives and compiles and tracks data pertaining to problems/issues, action taken and resolutions.
|Loss Control Consultant||
Position reports to the Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Commercial Lines and Risk Management and works with the Loss Control Consultants and service representatives to ensure services provided to members and brokered accounts are done in a uniform manner and in accordance with the loss control business plan. Responsible for ensuring assigned accounts are working to be in compliance with OSHA and CAL-OSHA regulations and for assisting them in reducing their workplace exposures.
