With health officials across the country warning of the fast-moving flu epidemic, the more you can do to stay healthy, the better. It’s not too late to get the flu vaccine to protect yourself from the flu virus. The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommends that everyone older than six months get a flu vaccination each year.

Flu shots are covered under all Western Growers Assurance Trust (WGAT) health benefit plans and free to WGAT participants at our Cedar Health and Wellness Center in Salinas. Walk-ins are welcome, or to make an appointment, please call (831) 422-0230.
