Farmers in the San Joaquin Valley can expect only one quarter of their water deliveries, according to an announcement from the Bureau of Reclamation Monday.

According to a news release from the Westlands Water District, “Although expected, this allocation is very disappointing and exemplifies the issue faced by farmers and other people who rely on water supplied by the CVP and the California State Water Project.”
