Western Growers Assurance Trust is pleased to announce its executive forum on Health Care Reform last week in Salinas was standing room only– and there are still many more opportunities for members throughout California and Arizona to attend one of these important events.

WG Director John D’Arrigo, of D’Arrigo Bros. Co, kicked off the event in Salinas, where more than 50 attended. WG’s Compliance Counsel Jonathan Alexander helped guide owners and key decision makers in preparing for the 2014 Affordable Care Act mandates. Alexander, WGAT Sr. Vice President David Zanze and other key executives demonstrated how members can analyze their existing workforce to anticipate costs for next year using the Western Growers proprietary cost calculator. Those in attendance walked away with health care options to consider for 2014. WG Insurance Services staff will follow up one-on-one with those interested in utilizing the calculator to strategize specific solutions and costs for the coming year.

Don’t miss the next opportunity for you and your staff to learn how to prepare for the ACA mandates. With 2014 around the corner, this forum is a must for CEOs, CFOs, principals, HR leaders and anyone involved in making health benefit decisions for your business. Join WG in Imperial April 3 and Yuma and Indio April 4. Registration is required. Visit the WG Resource Center today to register for Imperial or any of the upcoming forums. We look forward to seeing you!
