New Form I-9 Required Beginning May 7

Beginning May 7, all employers will be required to use the new version "(Rev. 03/08/13)N” of the Form I-9. Older versions of Form I-9 "(Rev. 02/02/09)N" and "(Rev. 08/07/09)Y" will be accepted until May 6. The new form may be used right away.
