Karen Lowell has an M.S. in Agronomy and a Ph.D. in Soil Science. She is currently working as a Central Coast agronomist with the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), which is part of the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Karen has worked with the NRCS since April 2012. She works with individuals, as well as a wide range of public and private partner agencies and organizations supporting farmers as they manage conservation challenges in a complex production, market and regulatory climate.
