November 25 Webinar -- Listeria and Fresh Produce

Listeria has not typically been associated with fresh produce. However, in the last few years, two major outbreaks associated with the consumption of fresh produce have changed how Listeriosis is seen by regulators and the fresh produce industry.

On November 25, Western Growers is sponsoring a webinar on this topic. This webinar will provide an overview of what is driving Listeria policy, epidemiology and current research efforts. It will also explain the concept of “zero” tolerance, provide an overview of Listeria, its main sources, as well as some prevention and control strategies.  Join us to learn about this subject and share your thoughts.
