Employers with 11 or more employees are required to post their 2019 OSHA Form 300A Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses from February 1 to April 30 of the year following the year covered by the summary. The 300A Summary or an equivalent must be completed even if there were no work-related injuries or illnesses recorded during the calendar year.  The summary must be displayed in a conspicuous location where notices to employees are customarily posted.
