Some people view traceability as a component of their recall program; however, others including regulators view traceability much differently as food safety issues unfold. This free webinar will provide participants with an overview of key components of a recall program and the key elements of the action once a recall takes place.  Participants will also be walked through key traceability concepts and be briefed on how regulations will impact future traceability requirements.
