The insurance services team at Western Growers is enhancing its property casualty programs and offerings for its members. In an effort to create tailored insurance programs that meet the needs of each member, WG will analyze member operations, assess potential risk financing products and recommend solutions based on their findings.

As WG looks for the appropriate insurance underwriters to design and place the products, the team is further educating them about WG, its members and risk mitigation protocols. One visit included a group of brokers and an underwriter from London. The London-based firm and WG recently toured member companies in Coachella Valley, where they learned about the many aspects WG members focus on each day to get their product safely to market.
