There have been several Executive Orders (EO) and Department of Homeland Security issued memoranda since President Trump took office in January that address issues related to immigration laws. Some of the Orders and Memoranda address bolstering immigration enforcement in the interior the United States, including hiring an additional 10,000 Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.  While it is not entirely clear what impact these executive actions will have on the Agricultural Workforce, it heightens the importance for employers to prepare for a potential ICE audits or raid.  This webinar will help key staff prepare for such an event. Participants will learn:

• How to Prepare BEFORE ICE Comes Knocking
• Understanding the difference between a RAID and an AUDIT
• Understanding the Roles and Responsibilities of Key Team Members
• The DO’s and DON’Ts of an ICE Visit
