This two-hour course offers managers the chance to learn performance coaching methodologies and best practices. Managers get the practical tools to be able to analyze performance and create a climate for effective learning. They also learn how to use coaching to improve their team's effectiveness. 

Having Tough Conversations
(English and Spanish; 2 hours)

Dress code violations, absenteeism, safety, offensive behavior, productivity... these are just a few of the uncomfortable topics managers have to discuss with employees. Learn how to structure conversations to help them correct their behavior and increase their performance, treat every employee with dignity and focus on not just what to say but how to say it.
