Annie Wells joined Western Growers as Training Manager in November of 2006. She currently manages and coordinates internal performance capability and evaluation efforts for Western Growers that focus on enabling the workforce to achieve improvements in sales performance, management development, workplace readiness, insurance skills, health care reform policy and regulations, membership database management, and learning management systems.
She has over twenty-five years of experience in corporate learning and education in the consulting, financial services, and insurance industries. Prior to joining Western Growers, Annie was Learning and Development Manager at American First Credit Union, where she created a knowledge and skill certification system for ongoing Associate and organizational improvement. She also held Marketing management and Account Executive positions with AchieveGlobal, an international training and development company, where she consulted with diverse organizations in the areas of sales, customer service, leadership and process improvement. In her spare time, Annie continues to work toward her Human Performance Technologist designation through the International Society of Performance Improvement.
Annie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from San Jose State University and her Certificate in Human Performance Improvement from Chapman University.
