David Zanze is currently president of Pinnacle Claims Management, Inc. (PCMI) and also serves as executive vice president to Western Growers Assurance Trust (WGAT), an association health plan for employer members of Western Growers Association.

PCMI, which began in 1996, is a dynamic, health benefits service organization that offers competitive, cost-effective solutions to a diverse customer base.  PCMI’s evolution of products and services has resulted in its continued expansion – PCMI now provides the exclusive administrative support to Covered California’s Small Business Health Options Program and offers its own pharmacy benefits management company, PRx Solutions.  

WGAT is also considered as a standard of excellence among health plans.  WGAT seeks to serve the unique needs of its members through the implementation of strategic benefit designs and the alignment of health plans with preventative and wellness resources that bring added value to the health care experience.     

With over 30 years’ experience as a leader and innovator, David has expert knowledge of managing the business operations, service and technology arenas of a health care enterprise.  He has worked for a number of health care organizations throughout his career, developing cost containment and health management programs that are considered best practice in the industry.

Serving in his various capacities, David is personally involved with the implementation and ongoing needs for every account.   Customer service and satisfaction is and will continue to be his number one priority.
