The 2013 California Wage & Benefit survey results are now available. The survey was conducted by the Farm Employers Labor Service (FELS), Western Growers and several other ag organizations in collaboration with UC Cooperative Extension at UC Berkeley. The survey provides a market reference for growers and farm labor contractors' making wage and benefit decisions for 15 on-the-farm jobs including: supervisors and foremen; mechanics; equipment operators and tractor drivers; irrigators and general laborers.
Thank you to those members who participated in this year's survey! Your cooperation in completing the survey form helped to make the aggregated results more meaningful for everybody. We hope that all members who find the results to be useful will participate in next year’s California Wage & Benefit Survey.
Western Growers members can obtain survey results by commodity, region and employment size online by clicking here.
