The California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) is featuring WG Board Member, John Harris of Harris Ranch in its Growing California video series. Growing California “explores the sights, sounds and people of California’s diverse agricultural scene.”
The piece focuses on Harris Ranch which is considered a California landmark and has been around since 1937, but also touches on the ranch’s parent company, Harris Farms. Harris Farms “grows over 30 types of fruits and vegetables on approximately 17,000 acres.”
