New DIR Online Tool for FLC Applications

The California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) has launched a new tool for processing Farm Labor Contractor (FLC) license applications online.  FLC license applicants will need to download, print, and fill out the application offline. Users can then upload scanned documents, pay fees by credit card or electronic fund transfer, and view the mandatory 8-hour training class online. Once users create an account, they can save work as they go and complete the application at their convenience.
