Registration is now open for the Desert Agriculture Research Symposium, held by the Yuma Center of Excellence for Desert Agriculture. The symposium brings together desert agriculture industry professionals with the goal of stimulating conversations about how researchers can best apply their expertise to the desert growing system and form effective collaborations that lead to new knowledge or tools that can be used by growers.

Some of the day’s sessions will include conversations about the value and need for industry-academia collaborations, addressing industry challenges and learning about industry-focused research efforts in the Yuma area.

The event will be held at the Pivot Point Conference Center in Yuma on Nov. 16, 2022.
