The topic of company culture was top of mind during the “Changing Minds to Influence Results with Arbinger” session yesterday afternoon. Mike Merchant, senior consultant for the Arbinger Institute, started the workshop with a brief overview of philosophical underpinnings of Arbinger and later went one to facilitate two hands-on sessions to further demonstrate the principles of Arbinger.
This jam-packed session also included a panel where Vic Smith of JV Smith Companies; Kevin France of SWIIM System; Eric Reiter of Reiter Affiliated Companies; and Kelly Strickland of Five Crowns Marketing discussed their experiences incorporating Arbinger into their own workplaces.
