This is an important reminder that the deadline to mail the IRS form 1095 to covered employees is fast approaching. WGAT will mail a copy of the 1095-B to employees on behalf of employers with less than 50 full-time employees by the IRS deadline of March 31, 2016. In order to act, we need your company’s legal name, employer tax ID number, and employer size no later than March 25, 2016.
In preparation of the deadline, WGAT sent out several communications requesting required information. If your company has not yet responded, please call WGAT at 866-435-0441 as soon possible. If you would like to opt-out of this service, send a message with your name and group number to [email protected] or fax 949-809-3261 using the subject, “OPT OUT.” Failure to mail the IRS forms on time may result in significant penalties.
