Kevin Andrew

CEO

Kevin Andrew is CEO for Vista Vineyards, a Bakersfield-based table grape grower, packer, and shipper that integrates farming, packing, and sales to deliver a consistent, year-round supply of premium grapes to retail partners. The company coordinates production across California, Mexico and South America. He is also Managing Partner of International Grape Management in Bakersfield, California.

Kevin began his career with Superior Farming Company in 1984 which later became Sun World International. He served as Chief Operating Officer at Sun World until 2011. He also held senior positions at Columbine Vineyards, JP Dulcich and Sons, Vanguard International and Illume Agriculture.

Kevin attended Fresno State University on a basketball scholarship and received his Bachelor of Science degree in viticulture He is a 1989 graduate of the California Agricultural Leadership Program.

Kevin is past Chair of the Board for the California Association of Wine Grape Growers, a founding member of the South San Joaquin Grape Growers Association and past Chair of the Wine Grape Inspection Advisory Committee. He is a member of the executive committee of the Agricultural Energy Consumers Association, and a Governor’s appointee to chair the statewide task force to combat the Glassy Winged Sharpshooter and Pierce’s Disease. He is also a member of the UC President’s Advisory Commission on Agriculture and Natural Resources. Kevin serves as president of the Board for the North Kern Water Storage District and is the current Board chair for Mercy Hospitals in Bakersfield.

Kevin was elected to the Board in 1999 and served as Chair in 2009.
