George Adam

Owner

George Adam and his spouse Debbie Adam own and operate Innovative Produce (farming company).

Faith Farming (Labor Contracting Company) and are owner/partners in Beachside Produce (sales, marketing and cooling company), Royal Oak (H2A Labor Company), Guadalupe Cooling (cooling company) and Growers Captive Group (WC self-insurance). George and Debbie both graduated from Cal Poly SLO with Bachelor of Science Degrees from the School of Ag. George worked for Adam Farms from 1983 till 1994 as a harvest supervisor. From 1994 till 2008 he was a managing partner of A&A Farming, Inc. and is currently CEO of Innovative Produce established in 2008.

George served on the Grower-Shipper Vegetable Association Board of Santa Barbara and SLO Counties from 1994 till 2000, and served on the Farm Bureau Board of Santa Barbara County from 2005 till 2008. He currently serves on the Santa Barbara Foundation Board. George has been involved with numerous water issues in the Santa Maria Valley over the past 40 years, currently through Preservation Inc.

Innovative Produce currently grows vegetables and strawberries. George was elected to the Board in 2011.
