Heather Mulholland

Heather Mulholland is a fourth generation California citrus grower and COO of Mulholland Citrus. While the tradition has been citrus, Mulholland also grows almonds and pistachios. Alongside her father, Heather oversees the farming, packing and nursery operations of the business. Heather earned her bachelor’s degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and her master’s degree from California State University Fresno Heather is an alumnus of the Western Growers Future Volunteer Leaders Program, Western Growers Women’s program and the California Agricultural Leadership Program. Heather is passionate about growing future leaders in California Agriculture and is committed to serving her industry and community. Heather received the Common Threads award in 2022 for her numerous agricultural industry commitments, philanthropic efforts and community service.
