Mike Way is the CEO of Prime Time International; a Coachella, California based farming and marketing company. Prime Time is the largest year-round grower and shipper of premium sweet bell peppers in the United States. In addition, Prime Time grows an extensive line of seasonal fruits and vegetables including asparagus, sweet corn, green beans, and much more.

Mike was born and raised in the Salinas Valley and graduated from Fresno State University with a degree in Agri-Business. Mike is a member of Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity and currently serves on the National Foundation Board of Directors. He started his career in the produce industry with Sun World International and then teamed with longtime colleagues Chuck Hodges (deceased), Carl Sam Maggio, Mark Nickerson and Jeff Taylor to form Prime Time in 1992.

Mike resides in La Quinta, California with his wife Ellen, they have two daughters Julia and Elizabeth.  Mike and Ellen are involved with a number of non-profit organizations in their community. In Mike’s free time he loves to play golf and watch a great horse race.

Mike joined the Board in 2022.
