The Affordable Care Act (ACA) requires that all large employers (and all self-insured employers) to file new tax forms stating whether or not they offered coverage to full-time employees. The deadline to furnish required forms to employees has been delayed to March 31, 2016, and the deadline to file the forms with the IRS has been extended to June 30, 2016 (if sending electronically) and May 31, 2016 (if sending by mail).
