Ethy works across multiple technology sectors and advises multi-national corporations as well as  academia and government. Her company, Impact Innovation Israel, fosters social and environmental impact by connecting aspiring innovators with mentors, experts and resources, enabling these innovators to refine their ideas, develop sustainable business models and effectively navigate the complexities of the social impact landscape.

She is also dedicated to assisting female entrepreneurs; she is a Director and mentor at Springboard, a non-profit dedicated to helping female founders grow their business, raise capital and go global.
